Well, I figured there should be a spot to state what factions you need to get to heroics and about how much of it.

Shadow needs about one run through Steam Vaults and one run through Shattered Halls to get keys for both those factions. She still needs lots and lots of Lower City faction and Shatar faction! So if you need to run through either of the above mentioned or any of the Shatar or Shadow Labs, give a yell and I will try to be there.
